Angermeier Powdered Lemon Filling

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Angermeier Powdered Lemon filling is a creamy, delicious lemon cream filling, ideal for pies, cakes, donuts, and bars. This product can be spread or pumped and used as a filling, layer or topping in bakery applications.

TASTING RECIPE; Lemon filling

• Step 1: Boil into a syrup
• 14 FL.OZ. water
• 255 Grams Sugar
• 57 grams butter or vegetable oil

• Step 2: Mix together dry ingredients
• 42.5 grams Corn starch
• 29 grams Angermeier Lemon powder
• Pinch of Salt

• Stir in individually;
• 1.75 FL OZ water
• 2 FL OZ egg yolk (about 3 egg yolks)

Pour smooth cream texture from Step 2 into cooled syrup from Step 1 and return to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened.

INGREDIENTS:

Lemon Juice solids, Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Sodium Citrate, Natural Flavor, Tricalcium Phosphate (to prevent caking).
